After almost 9 months of doing Focus T25, I was eager to give the new PiYo program a try. I've always been a fan of yoga, but have trouble finding time and motivating to go to a class since Trevor was born. This program was the perfect answer for me, since I don't have to leave my house, and once I had purchased the challenge pack there was no expensive fee for classes. PiYo became my summer project:)
